Need help

i'm just getting started with using Copper Plus and im having an issue with adding, selecting and configuring my hardware

ie. barcode scanner .receipt printer and cash drawer

im running copper on a laptop windows 10 core i 5

im receiving and error saying

device not supported, if a card reader please contact etc

any help would be appreciated
