I need to transcribe sign language videos - control video using foot pedal (stop, rewind 10 sec, play) so I can watch and type text of what is being said.
I have Infinity IN-USB-2 foot pedal, tried downloading Express Scribe which recognizes the pedal, also Pedable which didn't recognize the pedal.
I'm struggling with the process I had in mind:
1. Does Infinity IN-USB-2 foot pedal allow me to do this?
2. Can I transcribe a YouTube video? Or only open video files?
3. Needed functions: play, stop and auto backstep/loop i.e. going back 10 seconds.
Would appreciate your input. Anyone out there who can tutor via Skype text or ?
