    Hi, PhotoStage is very limited for that specific case you may want to have a video editor Software Like Videopad. that will allow you to do the same that Photostage it has more effects and also it has more Audio Tracks options which will allow you to have multiple audio tracks.

    Have you try uninstalling and reinstalling the software? did you receive an error message when you attempt to load it?

    When you open the Channel before start recording if you click on the Wrench Icon it will open the Audio track 1 or 2 or 3 Audio Options. there is Recording audio device from it you will be able to see that says Mono/Stereo. You can change it has you want it.

    Unfortunately no. Inventoria is not a sales base program. Its just to keep the Inventory organize and better managed it does have the option to do some sales but is not made for that purpose. 

    If you want a sales base program which is able to communicate with Inventoria I recommend you Express Invoice. You can see more information on the software website.

    There's a menu, Tools----> option... that gives you settings for web camera, capture device, network camera and screen capture.

    In web camera settings there's a drop down list, the default choice is USB camera but it also lists a USB 2828x device which I believe is the VHS capture I'm using.

    However, choosing the capture device all settings are grayed out.

    First I recommend you to check different capture options for example some video capture devices are detected as a Webcam. You will be able to see it under Webcam menu. 

    so please verify that option.

    Have you check the Audio settings you are using in Debut. 

    Debut has an Option that you will allow you to capture the sound from the speakers or any other device. You can check that option.

    What do you mean that it "get rid of popping P's and T's" I'm confused to which effect, or this P's and T's you are referring.

  12. Trying to load an MP3 file that is 49 minutes long. Plays fine in Media Player. When I load it to Express Scribe, it reads as only 29 minutes long and there is absolutely zero sound on playback. Have tried to load it several times; same thing happens. All other files are fine. It's just this one particular file.

     

    Any idea what might be happening?

  13. I tried upgrading my free version 4.52 a little while ago and discovered the invoice template needed to be set up again. I couldn't get it close enough to the old invoice, so I rolled it back to the 4.52 version.

    Is it possible that there is a file(s) in my 4.52 version that I could copy before upgrading and replace in the newer version so my old invoice template comes with me?

Help PLEASE I am trying to do end of year reports, (which i just did in the middle of December for the bank)and it tells me "There is no information for this request", but if i go into my invoices, revenues journal and all my expenses and everything is there. I have contacted tech support to which i have yet to receive an answer. Does anyone know how to fix this please!!!!

     

     

    the notification "There is no information for this request" means you selected the wrong dates from the report filters, OR, you are using a report that holds no data, please review. For this type of issues I will suggest to contact NCH support directly and attach a copy of your Express Accounts back up file explaining the case, so they can review and assist.

  16. Cannot find a control to adjust backlighting in a photo

     

    depending on the effect or what you want to archived you can choose on the "color tab" and choose "Brightness" on the Brightness you can choose and modify the light on the picture.

  17. Hi folks. New to this forum thus apologies in advance if that has been answered previously (though I've searched back as far as 2011) with no luck.

     

    Issue is that I'm trying to export as .wav file and I received an error at the bottom of the screen saying "Could not find a component to export project to a file". Only a one minute clip with all data in the music diectory on my local C: drive. Mixpad V 3.61, Windows 7.

  18. Hi All new to the board. Did a search for the question(s) I'm going to ask. Can you put in a server address, port, password, etc in Zulu? I ask because I pay for a server to broadcast my playlists. Also too, is there a way you can have a playlist play the songs the way they are organized in playlist?

    Unfortunately, there is no way directly to stream from Zulu.

     

    The software has the option to connect to Broadwave and Broadwave, has the option to connect to your server you can see more information about the software here: http://www.nch.com.au/streaming/

    Zulu will play all the songs from your playlist but if you have the Shuffle Option turned on it will play them randomly but if you turned off. it will play in order.

    A few months ago, I purchased the Switch audio converter and I have had constant issues with it. It works fine when I first time my computer on but after about an hour it will just not do anything. I won't convert anything. I have to either restart my computer or completely shut it down and then re-start all over again and then it works. I run a home business so I cannot be continually shutting down my computer several times a day in order to use my Switch converter. I have sent several emails to NCH but have received no response. I have paid for this switch converter so I feel as though I should get some response back. I have NOT purchased premium support because, for one, if I can't get the converter to work properly, I really don't want to pay more money for something else that may not work unless I know I will get the service.

     

    I would appreciate any help from anyone INCLUDING NCH please!!!!!

    Hi,

     

    On this case, I would suggest you, to verify if you have any other app running in the background while working with Switch. Because depending on the computer performance or the apps open while using Switch it might affect the software.

  20. Hola tengo inventoria desde hace 4 meses. todavia no sé como pedir asistencia.

     

    Por ejemplo la función de historial de ventas e historial de recepción no funcionan.

     

    Para pedir assistencia lo mejor seria abrir un tiquete de soporte en la pagina web de NCH Software seleccionando donde dice assistencia o usando este link: http://www.nch.com.au/support/es/index.html

     

    Una vez ahi podras especificar que programa y mandar un correo al equipo de soporte directamente.

     

    Para poder estar seguros sobre el problema del historial necesitariamos mas detalles por lo que le recomiendo que envie mas información sobre el error al equipo de soporte para que asi le den una respuesta correcta.
