I was not wanting it to interface with her fax software. I was looking for an alternative to replace her fax machine.

She has another laser printer hooked up and if this software was fax software without limitations on how many faxes could be stored then the laser printer could print out the stored faxes.

I have downloaded other programs to evaluate that are rich in fax capabilities, I was unsure about this product

Each OGM has an End of Message Wait (Properties, Message tab). If you want the OGM to wait for 3 minutes put in a value or 180 (3 * 60 seconds). Note sure why such a long wait is desirable though.

I need the caller to hear a marketing message that is 3 minutes long and then I have no need for them to leave a message since the information has been given to them

My Aunt has a fax machine that has software for the computer. The problem she has it limits her to a 45 page fax that can be stored by the software.

Does this software limit how many faxes that it will store in the software?

I need to have the OGM be 3-4 minutes and then hang up. I can not find a setting for this, is it possible with this software. I am evaluating this software for this purpose.
