Never mind.
No sooner did I post this than I noticed the "Notes" window beneath the dictation list. Typing works fne there.

I cannot seem to get access to the "Notes" field. If I double click on the line, the column labelled "Dictation" with the file name opens up for editing. I can also change the "Priority", but not the "Notes."
Any suggestions?

After a dictation is completely done, is there a way to delete its entry from the Work Progress list?
Also — where do the actual files go to? I see that they move to the designated network share on send, then I presume they move to the machine of hte typist using ExpressScribe. When the typist marks a file "done", is it moved off the typists machine or does it remain?

Also, you enter "Notes" in the window below the list, not on the list itself.
