I have sent a recording to NCH at their request and further details of how I use etc.Looks hopeful now somebody is looking into the problem.

I had reply from NCH suggesting how to cure our problem.It was just how to switch from wav to mp3 or vis-versa and turn up the volume from the recording source.It did not work.I have sent them a reply to say not a cure! I am sure we have all tried this anyway.I await NCH next suggestion.

I have sent reports to NCH about this problem but so far have had no reply.The problem seems to have got worse and worse over the last few weeks.I find it useless now and feel very let down by NCH.
