Error When Loading Video in Express Scribe Posted April 8, 2015 When loading a .mov file to Express Scribe Pro, I received an error saying, "Video File Open Failed". Does anyone have a solution for this? This is the first time I've had this issue and I have a major deadline with a new client (of course). I have already tried re-started my computer.
