r u using copper point of sale sync with inventoria stock manager.at the end of the day can u see sales report in inventoria?cost sale,purchase sale,profit sale?or its all blank?

i have the same inventoria sales report issue,i even purchased 1 x Gold Technical Support Service ($18.95ea): $US18.95.sent email to nch software twice,but no reply at all.....the thing i cannot understand is that i have purchased gold tencnical support but when i go to support page form they have platinum support choice only...Gold Support Service
