I can get them to sync sometimes, if the computer is turned off it does not remember any of the settings. I have to go through a complete setup. Other people that are going to use copper are not computer savy. Why when you buy Inventoria why don't they download a version of copper that is embedded. And you should not have to buy setup manuals.

I've been there Thanks it does not say anything about the problem we are having.
we bought two inventoria one I put on my home computer the other at the business and they are both having the same problem.
