Would you mind sharing what you did to make it work right and if you could figure it out, how come the company couldn't tell us all how to fix their program???

Sorry for the delay. While using the Add Media function, or dragging & dropping multiple files it loaded in reverse. When I used the Add Folder function, the pictures loaded in the correct order. Hope it works for you

No, you don't have to purchase the software in order to submit a support ticket. Just go to http://www.nch.com.a...ortcontact.html, and provide the basic info asked for. Select Yes-already downloaded and installed.

Anyway, I already figured out how to make it work right.

I too am having the same problem. I have hundreds of photos from a vacation that keep importing in reverse. I tried to submit a support ticket, but I have to buy it first? Psh. I'm not buying anything until I know if its going to work right.
