Do you use native codec? When I use codec from my system I have the same problem that you, audio and video are out of synch. I don't know why. I have this problem only with seven 64 bits et it's working with vista + DirectX 9.

You should take native codec... I have the same problem with win7 64 bits, when i use lame codec for MP3 and Xvid codec for video from windows, audio was out of sync with video. The problem was not present with Vista + Direct 9.0. I don't understand...

Also, if I used another audio device that my easycap (Ezcap), audio was out of sync...
