You may need to shut down any extra programs running in the background that could be taking away resources for the video. Are you currently using the on-board video on your PC or do you have a separate video card?

You can capture the video from the camera by connecting the camera to your PC via USB.

1. Connect your camera to your computer
   
2. Open VideoPad
   
3. Click the Record button on the Home tab toolbar
   
4. In the Capture Video window that opens, click the record button
   
5. When you are finished, click the stop button
   
6. Click the Close button at the bottom of the window

After watching your video, it appears your computer's video device is struggling to keep up with the resource demands required by Debut.

Have you tried lowering your display resolution to help manage resource allocation?

Have you checked to make sure no other programs are using valuable resources such as CPU/Memory?

After you have used Switch to convert the file to mp3, you should have the new .mp3 file saved into a folder.

Depending on which email service you use, attachment methods may differ.

Have you used MixPad successfully in the past? If you have, something may have changed between installing and using the prgram now. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing MixPad?

1. The price is a one-time payment which gives you a license key sent via e-mail. This license key is used to activate proper version (Master's/Home).

2. With the Home version, you can mix two tracks together to make 1 clip. You can then add background music the new audio file. If you would like to mix 3 tracks at once, you would need to choose the Master's Edition.

Sorry for the delay in the response. I checked with our developers on this issue and have some information. We are longer updating Slice, because we have a product that operates similar to Slice with more available features.

WavePad is going to be a product you should try. We have a free version available here:

WavePad allows you to cut sound clips out of larger files, similarly to Slice. WavePad improves on Slice by also allowing users to reduce noise from the clip or add effects.

Each license key is assigned to a specific Express Accounts version and can only be activated one time. If you would like to use Express Accounts on multiple computers, each computer must have a unique license key.

However, after the license is installed on a computer, that computer can have as many users on that specific computer as you need. You can log on that computer using the web feature.
