The program won't let me delete accounts on OS X (paid version), the button is disabled. How can you delete just 1 account?

Is it possible to manually change the of the invoice text items? I don't mind the software being in English, but most of my clients would not understand English invoices.

*EDIT* It seems to be possible, in the preferences window. But only if you use the preview button.
