To follow up, I was able to recreate the issue instantly as soon as I used IE10. However, Reflect works fine if I use IE9.

I've recently set up the web access so users from all around can access Reflect.

One user is reporting seeing this message:

document.cookie = 'reflect_sess=stwsdriwh4; path=/';

window.location = 'chooseprofile';

That's it. Any suggestions?
