Pity indeed. years of data (needed for IRS audits). But very important that this issue be resolved one way or the other before new fiscal year begins (Jan1) if we have to start up (convert?) to another app.

Josh: link to 3D import worked. (got an Ikea carpet ).should have carpets in main library though.

Thanks, Josh but that isn't an option (on my version anyway). Also, the link solution seems to imply the purchase of other software to accomplish this. Other than this 'missing' feature (carpets or rugs) the software has been enormously helpful in helping a friend relocate her apartment while downsizing size. The movers were impressed!
