    I am trying to use CallCentric over NCH Express Talk.

     

    In the "Express Talk" I made the configurations as described here:

    File->Options->lines:

    full friendly display name: (I wrote my callcentric username)

    Server: callcentric.com (tried also in.callcentric.com)

    SIP number: 1777*******EXT (tried also 1777*******)

    => took the numbers from: https://my.callcentr.../extensions.php

    password: I put my password on callcentric.

     

    I tried this with my regular internet connection, which is connected through 2 routers (my landlord router, and the router that I have at home).

    I also tried it with a netstick that I have.

     

    In all cases I got the same error message:

     

    11:49:44 Running SIP Network Tool

    11:49:45 Checking Internet is Connected...

    11:49:45 Internet is Connected

    11:49:45 Opening Internet Ports

    11:50:23 Sip Port 5070 (UDP) opened OK

    11:50:23 Local network IP is: 10.***.***.***

    11:50:23 This computer is connected to Internet over a network using a NAT, router or Internet Connection Sharing

    11:50:23 Checking with STUN

    11:50:37 NAT is symmetric so STUN will not work.

    11:50:37 Checking for a UPnP NAT

    11:50:47 No UPnP NAT or router found

    11:50:47 Because NAT or router is 'symmetric,' networking will be slow unless you set up NAT manually

    11:50:52 SIP Network Tool finished

     

    The "YOUR PHONE IS NOT REGISTERED" is still showing for my extension on callcentric.

     

    Don't know what I can do about this. Any help will be appreciated.
