Hello all, this is my first post. I've searched the forum but haven't found an answer to my problem. I have an .avi file encoded with the .h264 codec. Video Inspector reports the original codec is ITU H.264, pixel ratio is 352 x 240. I have to re-encode the video for viewing on a computer that doesn't have the .h264 codec (and it can't be installed). No matter the output format or aspect ratio settings I use, the converted file does not maintain the correct aspect ratio. Has anyone else experienced this? And do you have a fix? Thanks in advance for any help.
