Hi I'm new to this and just have a question, I downloaded switch to convert some flac audio files to mp3 for my iTunes. I have a mac, some ahve been great when selecting the files however other flac files when it comes time to add file/folder and i select its greyed out. Why? I cant work it out and just want to convert it.
