I would like to add medical dictation recording to my software. I pretend to save the sound files to a database for later playback. I read that there is a .dll of all recording commands but I can't find full documentation or the .dll file itself.
Where can I download the sdk from? I will also need documentation of all the exposed functions on the .dll.
