Nope. I use 16:9 ratio only. In preview 16:9 options too.

It appears only in the preview as 4: 3.

If you do export, then everything will be as it should: 16: 9

This problem does not occur on all files, 16: 9. Video shot on the iPhone 5s is displayed as 16: 9 and in the preview window and in exports. 100% OK.

But video from the Sony NEX have a problem. 16:9 as fact. 4:3 in preview, and 16:9 after export

A similar problem. Adding a video file with HD resolution and aspect ratio of 16: 9, but it is in the preview is cropped to 4: 3. I had to go back to the version Videpad 3.02 there is no such problem.

I solve this trouble

my antivirus sandbox (Comodo Internet Security) block VP on write to disc. Add VP to "trust app" and no problem.

I'm trying to make exports to H264 and get this error: "Failed to create your movie. Could not initialize video output.".

Export to MPEG proceeding normally. K-Lite Codec installed. How to solve the problem?

Save to MPEG(native) is OK

Switched to version 3.02 and found that not a single transition except fade (black or white), other inserts, but have no effect. I thought they were not only visible in the editor, but they are not in the exported video.

Used the previous version, and often used the effect of "Speed", to change the speed of the video. But in the new version of this effect is not present. How can you change the playback speed of an arbitrary piece of video? It is now as it is built into the interface? Where?
