    Cannot add video clips with version 3.01

    Hi,

     

    Used free user version 2.12 a few times with no problems. Just loaded free user version 3.01 and I cannot add any video clips. The clip appears in the clip preview window and states 'generating thumbnail images' but then a pop up states 'abnormal execution error' and asks if I want to submit an error report.

     

    Any ideas please ?
