I got the Infinity foot pedal to work. It was confusing at first. You have to download the driver (available at the NCH site) and make sure it get installed into the ExpressScribe folder. Plug into your USB. It will be detected, but then if you go to the "Settings" area, you will be prompted to "program" your pedal by pressing on the 3 functions. Mine is working great now!

I had a similar problem, in not getting my Infinity pedal to work. Fortunately, I had a Sanyo 3-pedal foot pedal availabe. Plugged it in and it worked right away.

I asked the same question you are asking and got very long-winded answers, which I did not understand. The bottom line is, my Infinity 3-pedal pedal will not work and my Sanyo 3-pedal pedal will work with Express Scribe.

I just downloaded Express Scribe and have been working with the hot keys, which I don't like. You're the second person who's complained about the Infinity USB foot pedal. Which Sanyo foot pedal did you get?
