I do not understand yet to voip, only conventional telephony. I want to install 2 or more extensions for analog lines, right on LAN network. They would be connected in an ATA (or other) and the LAN. By be used to receive or make calls, the conversation would be recorded in the designated computer (which will not make or receive calls, only record). It is possible? What hardware and software to be used (VRS / Axon)? CAATI

To include the identification call id in the act of receiving of the call, through a window in desk-top. Also to include the calls effected. Logs of these would make possible the interaction of the VRS with softwares of other developers in telemarketing and call center
