thats very odd, its almost as if the file never got installed on your computer.

 

Go into your Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Switch folder, and see if there is a file in the folder with a .hlp extension.

There is a.hlp file, double-clicking it achieved nothing (no response). I checked in 'Properties'. it said that this file opens with 'Windows Winhelp32 Stub'. I tried changing the opening program: with 'Notepad', got a short page of symbols; tried it with 'WordPad' and got a longer page of symbols.

I am at a loss. ???

When I click on "Help" and then "Help Contents F1", nothing happens, no message, nothing. Same goes for the related programs (WavePad, RecordPad,Express Burn, Express Rip).

How can I get the Manual.

Probably in a folder in "C\My Documents".
