I am considering purchasing IVM for a small dental practice. Our desire is to record multiple greeting messages and then select which one answers. More specifically these are the basic scenarios:
1. Line 1 and 2 are busy during business hours. The greeting would state "We are helping patients. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
2. The office is closed. The greeting would state: " We are closed and will reopen on Thursday at 7:30 AM. Please leave a message and we call you when the office opens. If this is an emergency, Call Dr. William at XXX-XXX-XXXX."
The receptionist will select the appropriate greeting. We are attempting to avoid recording multiple messages every day.
