you need to install the codec pack to get rid of this.

Download and install klite codec pack and check for any driver updates for windows through windows update install it & restart.

well have you check your system for Trojan's or adwares. You need a virus removal software to scan your windows.

Use kaspersky, full scan your computer, restart and check if the problem persist or not.

Also remove newly added hardware or software if the problem exist.
