I just purhcased BMS and I can not get the announcements auto play function to work.. I tried putting the time in 12 hour format and 24 hour format and i clicked exact time play and all that stuff.. Everything I can think of.. But the announcements wont play automatically..
any suggestions?

yea i thought that was the whole point of the software.. thats the main reason i bought it. i bought technical support also but i cant get anybody to reply to my emails.
