  1. Started seriously using the product this week after some short tests.

    Running on Quad core Thinkpad with Windows 7-64bit.

     

    First time, it stopped after 1hr 9 min. Thought it might be due to using the free version, so purchased and registered 1.62. Then it happened again after 27 min. Just totally stops recording and freezes w/o any error messages. Recording to a 1.5TB external drive with 1.3 TB of space remaining.

     

    Have to shutdown/restart Debut to resume recording. I have recording option set to "no time limit". Seems like a program defect.

     

    Any thoughts? Have not bought a support package, but if no one here can help, how can I report this as a possible defect?
