View (word) on the menu bar on the Home Screen > from the flyout menu choose Credit Note > There is a new note icon.

Thanks for reply, but that only lets you create a credit note to a customer, I need to record a credit note received from a supplier for a returned purchase.

Have just purchased software and have received a credit note from a supplier but cannot see how to record it against previous invoices, any ideas?
