actdec in Switch Sound Converter Posted July 25, 2011 Why can't I download the actdec.exe file in a way to overwrite the compromised file on my fully paid Switch. It refuses to let me saying that the file already exists--is there an issue with replacing actdec.exe?? All I am getting trying to covert 67 voice tapes from mp4 to mp3/wav/wma is noise. I have mailed technical support but I need to be able to collate and pass these voice recordings urgently.
