Doxillion does require the file extension to be present. This is how Doxillion determines the file type that is going to be converted.

Thanks Don, but why doesn't Doxillion just read the file header like other file converters?

I have a number of WordPerfect files that need to be converted to flat text. However, because the files don't have the standard '.wp' or '.wpd' extension, Doxillion won't convert them. I've tried adding the files to the 'list of files to convert' using the '*.*' wildcard, but Doxillion refuses to recognize them.

Renaming the files in not an option.

The files are all valid WordPerfect 11 files.
