I am broadcasting my Pinnacle TV tuner signal ... it is broadcasting it fine but its broadcasting only first channel or default channel

but in properties there's no option to change the particular channel and choose fm radio ... I need to broadcast only channel no. 106

do I need any plugin to do that?
