I want to make my program to make a call to some one if some event occurs and I hope Express Talk can help me to do that. I checked the Express Talk and found that there are some command lines(http://www.nch.com.au/talk/sdk.html). I think this might be the one I need:
-dial [number]
This will dial the SIP number you enter in the "[number]" parameter.
Example: "C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Express Talk\talk.exe" -dial "17000000@sipphone.com"
However, if I have a pre-recorded voice file (wave or mp3 file), is it possible that if some one pick up the phone call, the Express Talk can play this voice file to him/her? Thank you very much.
