Can anyone confirm if the Plus version of this software supports this ability. I have a two hundred plus document that was originally scanned to .jpg that I want to condense to a single .pdf.

No. it doesn't. it converts each image to a single pdf file. Which is a shame as I bought it without testing it as I wanted to do the same.
