I have Prism's Video Output Options set to resize (shrink/enlarge) to a maximum of 720x560, but it keeps dragging way down to 320x240. My original video is 845x480. The resulting video looks teribl and has black bars around picture.

i have exactly the same thing happening when i convert VOB files to WMV files & ive tried various things -none of which work - did you manage to find an answer??? Please help Thanks Josie43
