If you're using iTunes, you could burn the track to a CD then re-rip it, which should give you a DRM-free AAC or MP3.

Hi, I have the same problem, but when I convert with either Switch or Wave Pad, Express Scribe still says that the duration of the file is 0 sec, and it won't open... Do you know what's happening?
