I hate to ask such a basic question, but I have been trying for days to figure this out.
I want IVM to call my patients to remind them that they have an appointment with me tomorrow.
My IVR application works just fine until I try to add the time of the appointment for each patient.
I believe I need to use the getdata or the getdatax plugin, but I can't seem to make it work.
My office database can easily create the input file that contains 2 columns, 1) the patient's phone numbers and 2) the appointment times...
5615551234,1015
5613336789,1030
5614442345,1045
etc
I can create an outgoing message for each appointment time using my voice and play it immediately after my initial OGM.
I assume that my initial OGM that I would need would be a "generic" OGM to start that says something like...
"Hello, this is Dr.Mike. I am calling to remind you that you have an appointment to see me tomorrow at "
Now the tricky part...
How do I tell IVM to immediately play the appropriate OGM that corresponds to the patients appointment time?
Is there a better way to do this?
HELP!!
Mike

I found the plugins, but I can not find the corresponding .txt files to tell me how to use them. Where do I get the the instructions for using fetch.exe, cancel.exe, confirm.exe, IVMClose.exe, etc??
