I have a client who uses Express Scribe and they are having the same problem. Is there a new update for Express Scribe that may have caused this problem?

The sound works for IE sound files, and other things, just not with Express Scribe.

Version 4.05 seems to work for dss files. Thanks.

I was using v4.02 and it was working fine. I downloaded v4.04 and now my .dss files error out all the time, even after installing the dss32.exe.

Luckily, I had renamed my NCH Swift Sound folder for the previous verison and was able to get the v4.02 back.

Can v4.04 be fixed?
