I am looking into different hardware/software alternatives and wanted to find out whether the answering attendent software had the ability to transfer a call to an outside phone (wireless phone) as one of the menu options. For example:

 

Press 1 for ... mailbox

Press 2 for ... mailbox

Press 3 to be transferred to ...'s cell phone.

nice solution, but do you know any other PBX for Linux? Open Source?

I realize that I cant set up the same SIP account on two devices, softphones, ivm.. whatever at one time, but...

i`m looking for softphone with answering machine? (express talk + ivm is not the solution b/c they wont work simultanously on one account).

Install Axon PBX, configure it to operate with Vonage, configure Linksys to login at Axon's internal number, configure softphone same way as linksys to second internal number.

In this case you will be able to make and receive calls with linksys and with softphone. Also will have possibility transfer call to IVM if linksys or softphone do not answer.

After half hour of exploring IVM, I have created menu for call transfer. First it requests pa password then a number to dial. Also possible to skip password according CallerID.

Just look OGM properties and your will see all necessary settings.
