I have Switch 2.1. If I were to upgrade to the latest version, would I be able to convert MP3 to Midi?

Hi, I'm new here and am a musician working with what's called Dgital Workstation but might be better understood as an Arranger Keyboard.

I downloaded a short MP3 and converted it to a WAV file but it's too short.

Is there any way I can elongate it (by say 4) OR make it into a loop? It's a SFX file, not music, if that's relevant

Hope somebody can advise
