The email reply from NCH/Switch technical support told me to fix/repair permissions in Disk Utility. Didn't work. I'm still getting empty 4kb files.

I'm kinda bummed I paid for this software now.

I'm using the Intel 1.5 version of Switch on Mac OS X Leopard.

 

Converting flac to mp3, I'm getting empty 4kb files that won't play. Normalisation is turned off in Switch Preferences. Any idea how to fix this issue?

I'm having the same issues. I'm using the paid/registered PLUS version of switch on the latest version of mac os x. Switch does not convert all the files in the queue. any mac workaround for this issue?
