You may use a separate fax line using WinFax or other software. Just make sure IVM is not configured to listen to the line and all will work correctly.

NCHCraig can you tell me where is "Listen to the line" option? The software doesnt answer my second line for which i created another mailbox. The system answer only the 1st line (default mailbox)

Using IVM Answering Attendant v4.11.

Just installed a second TAPI voicemodem.

 

Can I configure IVM to send each incoming call to a separate mailbox?

I want each line's OGM to be different; a different company name and so, the incoming calls should go to different mailboxes.

 

Is this possible?
