You need a centrex line functionality to do a transfer - I don't believe any IP based service can provide this. You can test by answering a call from a handset - then do a hookflash - If you don't get a dialtone it cant be done

I downloaded the Vonage Softphone (SFTWARE ONLY) and THAT software allows you to transfer with ease. teh Answering Attendant software lack something in the programing to allow for a transer using thier system. I have written XTEN and asked for help, but I have not recieved a reply

I used !,#90 and then a # after the number. When I call in, I follow my prompts, I can hear the ringing from the system, but as soon as the other phone answers, the call is disconnected.....

Any Help?
