I bought a used RCA RP5017A voice recorder, but the original owner lost the software. When the voice files are transfered into Windows XP via USB port, they show up with file extension s24 (or s16, s48, depends on the quality of the recording mode). RCA tech support doesn't have any thing about this old recorder, nor software on their web site. Any one can help? Thanks.
