Wondered if anyone still using an older version of VRS ( We have v4.04 ) with Windows 7 OS?

I don't believe v4.04, created prior to VISTA OS, will work.

Before we make the expenditure for the current version, I wanted to see if anyone could confirm before doing testing.

Does anyone know what setting is necessary to keep the Voice-Activated Recording from breaking a monitored call, at a pause in conversation.

I have the Detect Level at -24dB and the Detect Time at 20 seconds.

I am trying Not to break the monitored call into multiple and different length files. Instead would like to have one contiguous recorded file.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
