  1. I have tried printing invoice and so far not bad.

     

    I am running into page 2 for only a couple of items and I see too much wasted space below the bill/ship lines before the actual body of the invoice starts.

     

    Can we somehow reduce that space so I don't have to print a second page for just a couple of items???

    How do I access code so I can do if all the programmers are too busy?

     

    Where is everybody?

  2. I just started using Express Invoice recently. I like how easy it is to set up and start using, and am considering it as an alternative to Quickbooks which I loathe. But it seems to have a limit on the number of items I can add and then view. I can't get it to go past one page or 55 items. Is it me or is it this program??

    Any help here? Thanks!

    I too just started using this program and I think (?) it's great.

    But from what I am reading it seems there are some bugs to be ironed out (?)

     

    I am up to 74 items so far with no limits in sight, my page just seems to get longer and scroll bar goes down as well.

     

    One thing I am having an issue with is that the items are not in alphabetical order, I tried clicking on the arrow and they just seem to reverse order. When I enter a new item it is a big mystery as to where it will end up on the list.

    Is yours listing OK, ie in alpha order??

  3. for others; what I noticed is when I dble click on the icon in the item list it then does adjust inventory!!! WOW am I happy!

    now does anyone know about the PO # missing box? My customers like to use PO #'s

    I am not so happy again.

     

    There are several items where the inventory level does not get adjusted!

    I went back to an invoice that was recorded and added several items, that was OK but the inventory level did not get adjusted after I clicked record.

     

    what could it be?? anyone??

    I have been playing with it before converting all files.

    When entering a new item I do check the manage inventory box, but when I record or print an invoice the total item qty does not get adjusted down.

     

    Earlier it did and when I set up a few more items then it didn't??

    Did I do something wrong??

     

    Also in the help screen shows customer PO # but there is no field to enter??
