It will not install without

Change the last part to match your version..

Ok, new development. I have edited the S29 setting with no further problems. However, the call still doesn't transfer. It seems that 70 milliseconds is still not enough. I have been in contact with Multitech and they are familiar with this IVM software and seem to like it quite a bit. As do I. If you don't recall, I have a rack of Multitech modems. All of them being the 5656ZDX-V models. I will keep working with Multitech and see if I can get this problem fixed. I am still willing to entertain any advice users may have as well. Fire away if you have any comments regarding similar problems and how you fixed it. Did you decide to go with another modem altogether? If so, which delivered the best performance.

I would like to turn off the caller ID announce feature but no matter how I try to disable it, it still shows. I want the pop up box, not the voice.

I am also having trouble with my SMTP settings. I use an Exchange server and I need to log in before sending mail.
