I downloaded v. 4.26 PowerPC on my Mac G4 laptop. (This is the version the site says to download for Mac)
I was sent .WMA files that my client had recorded on a PC. (Don't know if that makes any difference.) When I try to load them, Express Scribe tells me the format is not supported. It is, according to NCH. I can open and listen to his .WMA files just fine on my Windows Media Player.
Does anybody know what I need to do? If so, please be very specific. I am just beginning at this.
