I am told it's not available for the Mac version. Only the PC version will do it.

I need to convert a file to wav ulaw. Converting to wave PCM won't cut it. It has to be ulaw. The file needs to be able to upload to a particular program and it will only take wave ulaw. Is there a way to do this?
