Here's the Axon SIP log. As you can see the 487 Request Terminated seems completely out of the blue and unexpected.

I turned on SIP logging in Axon
Carousel is sending a "487 Request Terminated" to Axon after a couple of rings for no reason that I can find, e.g. not in response to a cancel.
I haven't yet figured out how to turn any useful logging in Carousel, if anybody know please divulge the information.

I've just installed Express Talk, Axon, Carousel and a SHT/2B-USB device which connects to the PSTN
Ultimately I want to be able to use VoIP over my local LAN from various PCs to make and receive calls on the PSTN, but for now all software is installed on one PC to try to get it working together.
Incoming calls work fine, Express Talks picks it up and rings, however...
Outgoing calls go wrong. I can hear it connect to the PSTN and dial the number, even occasionally it stays connected long enough to ring once but it always disconnects after a few seconds.
Express Talk says:
:55 Initiated sip call to: 8<number>
:01 Error: Otherside said: Temporarily Unavailable
:01 Call has disconnected
Axon says:
:55 Call 101 -> sip:8<number>@<server>
:59 Error returned: 487 Request Terminated
:01 Call 101 -> sip:8<number>@<server> disconnected
Carousel says:
:55 Bridging call....
:55 Dialing default number.
:55 Incoming SIP call
:59 Call has disconnected
Any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved. The dialtone parameters in the SHT/2B-USB driver config file needed some adjustment.
